845Km, about 15,000m climbing in June over the north wests roads, covering passes such as; Kirkstone, Hardknott, Buttertubs, Cock Hill, Waddington Fell and many many more, this event is a simple affair, follow the route, look after yourself and make it to the finishers party 3 days after the departure.
For those that want to take it a little easier, I have made Hellish of the north west, an 650Km ride that mostly follows the main route, but skips off some of the tougher climbs, it’s still a tough ride, but it’s doable in 200ishKm days.
HOTNW is a relentless pursuit of the most beautiful and brutal roads in the north west, covering as many hills as possible whilst still making you feel like you’re on a tour.
